UniLearny is not responsible for losses resulting from payments made to incorrect, fraudulent, unauthorized, or incorrectly communicated accounts where the payment method was not officially controlled by UniLearny.
Instructors and institutions teaching through UniLearny are required to pay UniLearny an agreed platform or teaching fee.
The fee may be a fixed amount, periodic fee, programme-based fee, percentage, or another amount agreed between UniLearny and the instructor or institution.
Failure to pay the required fee may result in suspension or removal of the instructor's programmes from UniLearny.
Learners must complete examinations, assignments, and assessments honestly.
Cheating, plagiarism, falsifying academic records, manipulating examination results, impersonation, or allowing another person to complete an assessment may result in cancellation of the assessment, withholding or revocation of a certificate or diploma, suspension, or termination of the learner's account.
Learners who successfully meet the requirements of their programme may receive a UniLearny certificate or diploma where applicable.
Requirements may include completing lessons, assignments, examinations, assessments, participation requirements, and payment of applicable fees.
UniLearny may withhold or revoke a certificate or diploma obtained through fraud, cheating, falsification, or serious misconduct.
UniLearny may maintain records for certificate and diploma verification.
